Teabox has today launched their new product TeaPacs. Teabox individually seals and packs the tea bags at the origin itself using a natural nitrogen flush so that it keeps the tea as fresh as the day it was picked. Teabox’s new product lineup, TeaPacs promises to offer the finest quality on-the-go without affecting flavor or freshness using the highest quality Teabox’s tea. Teabox is the world’s first company to use a natural nitrogen flush in the beverage market, a technique most commonly used in packaging food items, including potato chips. Using the Nitrogen flush packaging approach creates a non-reactive domain that protects the tea from oxygen, light, heat and moisture – elements that affects the integrity of the tea, causing deterioration or loss of flavor.

Commenting on the launch Kaushal Dugar, Founder and CEO of Teabox said:

“Coming from a tea family background and spending much of my childhood amongst tea estates, I grew up drinking some of the world’s finest teas – so I know how fresh tea is meant to taste”.”At Teabox, we focus on ensuring that every cup of tea consume is the freshest in the world, but we know that not everyone has time in their day to steep loose leaf. We created TeaPacs so that anyone can enjoy the world’s freshest tea, anywhere at anytime. It’s tea as it should be”

Normal tea bags are usually filled with the dust of broken tea leaves while packaging preventing them from reaching their ultimate flavor and aroma potential. TeaPacs uses a modern tea bag that features adequate headspace for the loose leaves to unfurl, resulting in a cup of tea steeped with full-bodied flavor.
